Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries close at kick-off of the last scheduled Round of 16 leg two match. Entries can be edited or reset pre-match only. Once a fixture is In-Play, no changes can be made.
If more than one entrant finishes on the same number of points in positions where prizes are applicable, the total amount of applicable prize-money will be shared equally between all entrants involved. Leaderboard positions will be determined by a points scoring system for correct predictions and may be subject to a shared prize-pool, should the number of entrants dead-heating for a specific leaderboard position, be greater than the prize-pool places available for that position. Entry to Tournament Challenge is separate from standard bet placement and all bet365 offers do not apply.
Matchday leaderboards will be offered for Matchday 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, Knockout phase play-offs (Leg 1 and 2 combined) & the Round of 16 (Leg 1 and 2 combined) and are in conjunction with the Overall leaderboard to determine the maximum prize value (capped at $500,000) that can be won. Payouts for the Matchday leaderboards are processed after the relevant League Phase Matchday (Matchdays 1-8), Knockout phase play-off round and Round of 16 are complete. The Overall leaderboard will be processed once the final game of the tournament is complete.

Only fully verified existing customers of bet365 are eligible to enter Tournament Challenge (also referred to as the "competition"). For the avoidance of doubt, this competition is not open to anyone aged under 18.
The competition is free entry. For the avoidance of doubt, an entrant is not required to stake anything to participate in the competition.
The entry period runs from 21:00 AET on 1st September 2025 and closes on 18th March 2026. Entries can be edited or reset up until the start of each match. Once a match is In-Play, no changes can be made.

Prize values displayed are exclusive of any tax deductions (where applicable).
Tournament Challenge is available at the discretion of bet365 and bet365 makes no guarantees regarding its availability. bet365 will not be responsible if the Tournament Challenge feature is not available for technical reasons.
bet365 reserves the right to reclaim any prize-money awarded for a Tournament Challenge entry if the outcome of a fixture within the relevant game was determined in error.
bet365 reserves the right to accept or decline any Tournament Challenge entry.
bet365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Tournament Challenge feature (or any part of it) for any event, fixture or customer.
bet365 reserves the right to remove the Tournament Challenge feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or groups of customers is misusing the feature.
In the event that Tournament Challenge is removed altogether, all entries will be deemed ineligible. In the event that Tournament Challenge is removed for any customer or group, the entry of that customer or entries of that group of customers will be deemed ineligible.
The maximum prize value is $500,000.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
Payouts for the Matchday leaderboard will be processed after the relevant Matchday Knockout phase play-offs and Round of 16 are complete. The Overall leaderboard will be processed once the final game of the tournament is complete.
The prize will be paid to the bank account which the entrant uses for withdrawals from their bet365 account unless otherwise agreed with bet365, Any method for prize payment must be verified to bet365's full satisfaction.
In the event a winner does not accept their prize or cannot be contacted or their identity or their prize payment method cannot be verified to the satisfaction of bet365, the prize will be forfeited by that winner.
All decisions regarding the competition will be made by bet365 in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this clause relates to, for example, decisions around the availability of the competition, eligibility of any entrant/s, prize payment method etc. bet365 will not enter into any discussion regarding these decisions.
In Australia, the promoter is Hillside (Australia New Media) Pty Ltd t/a bet365 of Level 27, 100 Mount St North Sydney. In other jurisdictions in which this competition is also available, the promoter would be a related entity of Hillside (Australia New Media) Pty Ltd t/a bet365.
