For single and Multi Bets, if the player you have backed is substituted, your bet will carry over to their direct replacement and continue to run if the outcome of the bet is not already known.

Qualifying matches that are eligible for Extra Time settlement are available up to and including Sunday 19th July 2026.

We will aim to settle all qualifying bets and have funds credited into your account within 15 minutes of your selection winning.

For matches that do not go into extra time, this offer applies to qualifying Soccer matches in 90 minutes play only. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include a penalty shootout.

The substitute that replaces your selected player is determined by the Press Association and will show on your bet slip.

If the outcome of your bet has already been determined before your selected player is substituted, then Sub On Play On will not apply and your bet will be settled in line with our Soccer Rules.

If the bet would otherwise have lost, but becomes a winner under the terms of Sub On Play On, 100% Multi Bet Offer will not be applied.

Sub On Play On will not apply where a bet has been Cashed Out.

Bets placed on friendly or exhibition matches do not count for this offer.

For matches that take place in Australia, if the substitute that directly replaces your selected player is under the age of 18 years then Sub On Play On will not apply.

Where any term of the offer, promotion or settlement is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the benefit of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle the bets at the correct odds, void the bets or void any bet funded by the benefit of the offer. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us providing them with the benefit of any offer to their account.
