Where a result is amended after a Stewards’ enquiry, we will pay out on both the original past the post result and the final official result. This offer applies to Win and Place single and multi bets on all Horse and Harness Racing from Australia and New Zealand, as well as racing from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Malaysia.
For Australian and New Zealand Horse and Harness Racing tracks only, the bet365 Protest Promise also applies to all Position Payout and Single Race Exotics, including the following bet types (Fixed and Tote): Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas and First 4.
Final Field Deductions on Winnings Only
When a deduction has been applied to any final field Fixed Odds Win, Place or Cover bet, bet365 will only apply the deduction to the winning portion and not the stake – unlike traditional deductions. Final Field Deductions will not apply to Position Payout.
For example, if your Horse wins at $2.00 and there is a 10 cent deduction applied, you would ordinarily be returned odds of $1.80 but with bet365, you will be returned $1.90.
For the bet365 Protest Promise, in the event of a runner being relegated on protest (not disqualified) bet365 will pay out on the original past the post result and the final official result on all (Fixed and Tote) Win and Place bets.
For the bet365 Protest Promise, the Win and Place dividends will be calculated using the final declared dividend displayed on each TABs website. For Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas and First 4, the dividends of the upheld result will be calculated using the interim dividend displayed on each TABs website.
The bet365 Protest Promise offer only applies for official protests and not disqualifications (including weighing in incorrectly).
For Horse and Harness Racing from Australia and New Zealand, the bet365 Protest Promise applies to all (Fixed and Tote) Win and Place single and multi bets, Cover Bets, Betting Withouts, qualifying In-Play bets, Match Bets (including In-Play Match-Ups), Either to Win, Winning Distance, Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas, First 4 and Position Payout. It does not apply to any other markets including the following; Finishing Position Bets, or multi-Leg Exotics, including the following bet types: Daily Doubles, Trebles, Quaddies. The offer also does not apply to Futures or Ante-Post betting.
For Horse Racing from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Malaysia, the bet365 Protest Promise applies to all (Fixed and Tote) Win and Place single and multi bets including qualifying In-Play bets, Match Bets (including In-Play Match-Ups), Either to Win, Winning Distances and Position Payout. It does not apply to Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas, First 4 or any other markets including the following; Finishing Position Bets, or multi-Leg Exotics, including the following bet types: Daily Doubles, Trebles, Quaddies. The offer also does not apply to Futures or Ante-Post betting.
