No More 5p Rule 4 (Deductions):
When a horse is withdrawn at odds of between 11.00 (10/1) and 15.00 (14/1), bookmakers normally make a 5p in the £ deduction to winnings. bet365 has abolished the first such deduction in any race.
Non-Runner No Bet:
We offer Non-Runner No Bet on selected Futures races throughout the year. Once a race becomes Non-Runner No Bet, any bets placed on the Win or Each Way market after this point will be refunded if your selection does not run. In multiple bets if a selection does not run, that part of the bet will be deemed a non-runner.
Pay out on Double Result offer applies to Win, Position Payout, Each Way (including Each Way Extra), Singles, Multi Bets, Betting Without, Enhanced Win bets, Cover Bets, Place Only bets and Not To Be Placed bets and Futures bets as well as Forecasts and Tricasts. All other markets, including Not to Win bets, Match Bets, Jollies And Rags and Either to Win bets, as well as instances of horses or greyhounds taking the wrong course, if there is an objection by the Clerk of the Scales, if an incorrect number is transmitted in error, or if a horse has gained an unfair advantage at the start of the race and as a result is deemed a non-runner by the stewards, are excluded from this offer.
In the event of non-runners, bet365 may remove the availability of Place Boosts or update the place terms offered. Bets placed prior to the removal or update of the market will be settled in accordance with the Place Boost taken at the time of bet placement.
Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the benefit of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle the bets at the correct odds, void the bets or void any bet funded by the benefit of the offer. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us providing them with the benefit of any offer to their account.
